And although usage is most widespread amongst the younger population, around 25% of the 55-64 age group surveyed use the Internet every day or nearly every day. A website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - it can be updated by you within minutes and can often provide information which will help potential patients to choose your practice rather than someone elses.
What will my website look like? Your site will contain all of the pages on this website with the exception of the 'Sample Styles' page which shows a range of design ideas. We will create a custom style to suit your needs.
What does 'self-managed' mean? Our Content Management System enables you to update your site whenever you please from any computer with Internet access. This avoids incurring charges for adding the initial content or the mounting cost of updating it over time. Of course, if you prefer we can update the site for you for a small extra charge.
Can I see a demo of the Content Management System? You certainly can - click on this link to open the admin site in a new window. Please note that all the Save & Update functions have been disabled in the demo site.
Are there any 'hidden costs'? No - there is an on-going cost of €200 per year from the second year onwards but other than that you really can have a website up and running for just €450. You may want to spend a little extra on having extra pages or features but those are entirely optional.
Who are Sitecrew? Sitecrew are a small independant UK website design and development company specialising in Content Management Systems. The company director and his wife are regular visitors to France and have recently purchased a second home in Normandy.
How will I pay? Payment will be required in the form of a cheque paybale into a UK bank. The amount will be calculated using the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
